Hi there, I'm Olivia! First and foremost, thank you so much for being here! I formally began my love for cosmetology back in 2018 and I graduated from Douglas J Aveda Institute in Grand Rapids. Soon after, I began my career here at The Trend Designers. In 2022, my husband, Frank, and I, had the incredible opportunity to take over ownership! It has truly been the best decision and we have loved every moment. I am so thankful for this team, my clients, and every person who supports me in this adventure year after year!

Heather has been a Cosmetologist since 2013, graduated from the Cadillac Institute of Cosmetology and has been with The Trend Designers since 2015. She ensures that every client who sits in her chair, are her number one priority. She is a great listener and coupled with her styling skill-set and product knowledge she can provide, recommend, and administer the customized look you desire. She specializes in Facials, Dermaplaning, and Balayage highlights. 

Amanda has been a stylist for 18 years all of which have been here at the Trend Designers! She started working for our salon back in late 2004. She continues her certifications starting with being a color specialist for Dikson, but updating  to classes in Aveda color and Redken! She also has been certified in surface curls, surface awaken scalp treatments and hair growth. Amanda is a wife and mother of 5, so she currently is only working Tuesday and Thursdays, but strives to maintain her clients and their needs.

Elizabeth has been a licensed cosmetologist since March of 2021 after receiving a great education from Protege Academy in Mount Pleasant! She has worked at the trend designers since August of 2022. Elizabeth specializes in color and cutting, mens cuts and also enjoys doing manicures and pedicures. Outside of work you will find Elizabeth hanging out with her two corgis, Tate and Teal as well as spending most of her time outside or shopping. She puts her full attention into her clients and strives to make sure they leave the salon with a smile on their face!

Being a hairdresser is more than just a job for me, it’s my life. It’s passion in what I do and the people I work with. Having been a hairdresser for over a decade has given me insight in what people are trying to achieve and working with them in accomplishing their goals. I specialize in fantasy color, highlights, fades, balayage and creating a custom style for everyone in my chair. Whether you’re looking to change things up or looking for the something consistent, hairdressing is an art for me. Hey everyone! My name is Brooke, a licensed nail technician since May 2022. I've loved doing my own nails ever since middle school, but I have found a new love for nails since starting nail tech school. I have found my passion and I cant wait to share it with you! I look forward to welcoming new clients and reconnecting with those who have trusted me with their nails.

We are so thrilled to have Mabel join our team in 2024! She is a true joy and beauty and has the sweetest soul. She is a perfect addition to our team and we cannot wait for you to experience her radiant energy!
